Start with what your contracts and the state require.
The right insurance starts with the contracts you sign, the people you employ and the work you do. Send your contracts and current policies, and we list every requirement, what you hold and each gap.
What you get
- The insurance requirements in your leases, contracts and client agreements, cited to each clause
- Your current policies read and summarized, with limits, endorsements and renewal dates
- Gaps between what your contracts require and what you hold today, marked plainly
- State requirements that apply to your business, such as workers’ comp for employees
- Questions to take to your broker, saved in your workspace with every document
- A workspace that tracks every policy, certificate and renewal date in one place

What happens after the review?
You get a cited list of every requirement, what you hold and each gap, with the coverage and limits that close it. From there SF Coverage approaches suitable insurers and lays out every option against your contracts, with our commission shown before you decide.
What does the review include?
We read the insurance terms in your contracts, summarize the policies you hold and mark the gaps between them. We also note state requirements that commonly apply, such as workers’ comp when you have employees. It is general information, not a recommendation to buy a policy.
Who is SF Coverage for?
US businesses of every size that sign contracts, leases and client agreements with insurance clauses, across 28 business types from restaurants and tech firms to manufacturers and contractors. If holders ask you for certificates or contracts set your limits, the review applies to you.
What if I have no insurance yet?
Send the contracts or license that require it, and we summarize what they ask for. That gives you a clear list of the coverage and limits to put in place before work starts.
How is SF Coverage paid?
By commission from the insurer on policies we place, like most brokers. Every proposal shows that commission as a rate and in dollars before you decide. We add no broker fees, and the review and workspace are free.
What happens to my documents?
They are confidential. They are used only to complete your review, never sold and never used to train AI models. Access is limited to the people working on your request, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
