What is SF Coverage?+
SF Coverage is an AI-native commercial insurance broker for US businesses of every size that sign contracts, leases and client agreements with insurance clauses. It reads every contract and policy, cites each requirement to its source and runs certificates, endorsements and renewals to published standards. Contract checks, workers’ comp audit reviews, renewal second opinions and the workspace are free.
What do I need to get started?+
A contract, lease or client agreement and the policies you hold, from any broker. Every insurance requirement is cited to its clause and checked against your policy wording within one business day. You can also book a demo and see the workspace run on your own policies.
What is a free contract check?+
A free contract check reads a lease, subcontract or client agreement against the policies you hold today. Every insurance requirement is cited to its clause and marked met, gap or not evidenced against your policy wording. Our standard is a result within one business day. It is general information to help you ask the right questions before you sign.
Who is SF Coverage for?+
Businesses of every size across 28 business types, from restaurants, retailers and tech firms to cleaning companies, property managers, manufacturers, trucking companies and contractors. If you sign leases or client agreements with insurance clauses, send certificates or face audits and renewals, it is built for you. We serve businesses across the United States.
How is SF Coverage paid?+
By commission from the insurer on policies we place, like most brokers. The difference is that every proposal shows our commission as a rate and in dollars before you decide, next to any insurer, wholesaler or state charge. We add no broker fees. The contract check, audit review, renewal second opinion and workspace are free.
How fast are certificates?+
Every certificate is checked against the policy in force before it goes to the holder. Requests that arrive by 3 pm Pacific are checked the same business day, and our standard is a compliant certificate that day when the policy supports it. Missing endorsements are requested from the insurer the same day and followed up every two business days.
How do renewals work?+
Renewal starts 90 days before expiry. We confirm changes in payroll, revenue, vehicles and locations, approach suitable insurers and show every response. Each change in premium, limits, deductibles and exclusions is explained within two business days of terms arriving. If another broker holds the account, send the renewal with your expiring policy for a free second opinion within three business days.
How quickly will someone respond?+
Our standard is a first response from a person within one business hour, 8 am to 6 pm Pacific, Monday to Friday. Every request in the workspace shows its owner, its status and the next step. Requests waiting on an insurer show who we asked, when we asked and when we follow up next.
Can I keep policies placed by another broker in the workspace?+
Yes. Add any policy from any insurer or broker and the workspace reads it, cites each limit and endorsement to its page and tracks every renewal date. Your whole program sits in one record before you move anything to us. Every certificate request on those policies is checked against the wording on file.
How do you handle my documents and data?+
Your records are confidential operating data. They are never sold, never pooled with other customers and never used to train AI models. Access is limited to the people working on your request and every change is logged. You can export everything at any time, and leaving the workspace never cancels or changes a policy.
