Know your insurance meets the contract before you sign.

Send the agreement and the policies you hold today. We cite every insurance requirement to its clause, check it against your actual policy wording and endorsements, and name exactly what is missing. Free, reviewed by a person and back within one business day.

What you get

  • Every insurance requirement in the agreement, cited to its page and clause
  • Each requirement marked met, gap or not evidenced against your policy wording
  • The exact endorsement form needed where one is missing, such as CG 20 37 for completed operations
  • Clauses insurers rarely accept, such as 30 days’ notice of cancellation to the holder, flagged before you sign
  • Plain questions to take to your broker or to the other party
  • The result saved to your workspace, linked to the contract

How it works

  • 01

    Send the contract

Upload or forward the agreement with your declarations pages and endorsement schedules. Tell us when you need to sign.

  • 02

    Every clause is read

Software extracts each insurance requirement with its citation and compares it with the limits, forms and endorsements on file.

  • 03

    A person reviews

A qualified reviewer confirms each citation and every gap before the report is released.

  • 04

    You get a cited report

Each requirement, its status, the evidence and the next step, ready to forward to your broker.

What to send

  • The agreement, or just its insurance section or exhibit
  • Declarations pages for each policy the contract touches
  • The forms and endorsements schedule for each of those policies
  • Any certificate the other party has already asked for
  • The date you need to sign

What you receive and when

Our standard is a cited report within one business day of receiving complete documents. If anything is missing, a person tells you within one business hour what we still need. Both standards apply 8 am to 6 pm Pacific, Monday to Friday.

Questions, answered

Is the contract check really free?

Yes. There is no card, no subscription and no obligation. You keep your broker and your policies. If you later want SF Coverage to close a gap or handle your insurance, that is a separate conversation.

What kinds of contracts can you check?

Leases, subcontracts, master service agreements, vendor and supplier agreements, venue and event packets, franchise agreements and lender insurance requirements. If a document sets insurance terms you must meet, we can check it.

Is this legal advice?

No. The check compares the insurance terms in the contract with the wording of your policies and reports what it finds. It is general information. Questions about indemnity, liability caps or negotiating the contract belong with your lawyer.

What happens if you find a gap?

The report names the limit or endorsement that is missing and drafts the exact request to close it. SF Coverage requests the endorsement from the insurer and follows up until it is issued.

Do I need to switch brokers?

No. The check works with policies from any insurer or broker. Many businesses use it to prepare a sharper question for the broker they already have.

What happens to my documents?

They are confidential. They are used only to complete your check, never sold and never used to train AI models. Ask us to delete them at any time.
