Recover what your claims files are owed.
Recoveries are missed when files close before anyone screens them. We screen open and closed property and casualty files for recovery potential, analyze liability, prepare demands and file intercompany arbitration, with live status on every file and pricing that depends on recovery.
What you get
File screening
Open and closed files reviewed for a responsible third party, with the reason for every pursue or close decision recorded.
Screening standard
Our standard is every referred file screened within five business days.
Demand packages
Liability analysis, damages and supporting evidence assembled and cited. Our standard is a demand sent within ten business days of a decision to pursue.
Arbitration and counsel
Intercompany arbitration filed where it applies. Files that need litigation go to counsel you approve.
Deductible recovery
Policyholder deductibles tracked with each recovery, so policyholders are repaid promptly.
Live file status
Every file shows its stage, owner, amount demanded and next step.

Talk to salesQuestions, answered
How is subrogation recovery priced?
As a contingency on amounts recovered, so you pay only when money comes back. The rate is agreed during scoping and written into the proposal before any file is referred. There are no fees for files that close without a recovery.
Which files can you screen?
Property and casualty files, open or closed, where your insurer has paid a claim and a third party may be responsible. We confirm lines, states and minimum amounts during scoping. Closed files are often the best place to start a pilot.
Who decides whether to pursue or settle?
You do. We recommend pursue or close with the reason recorded, and you approve within the limits you set. Decisions to settle, arbitrate or litigate stay with you, and litigated files go to counsel you approve.
How are policyholders treated?
As your customers. Deductibles are tracked with each recovery and repaid promptly, and any contact with a policyholder follows the rules you set. Requests for evidence are short and clear, and every contact is logged in the file.
How do you handle our data?
Your data is used only to complete your files. It is never sold, never pooled and never used to train AI models. Access is limited to the people assigned to your program, and every action is logged.
Can we start with one batch?
Yes. Many programs start with a batch of closed files from one line, measure screening results and recoveries against current practice, then decide whether to refer open files as they arise. The standards and weekly reporting apply from the first file.
Screen every file. Recover what is owed.
Refer a batch of closed property and casualty files. We scope a pilot and agree the contingency rate in writing before any file is worked.
