Premium audits completed to a published standard.

Late audits delay earned premium and frustrate policyholders. We run voluntary, phone and virtual audits for workers’ comp and general liability, extract payroll and sales from source records, map classes to your guidelines and cite every finding, with live status on every file.

Questions, answered

How are premium audits priced?

Per completed audit, with the price set by audit type and complexity during scoping. There are no setup fees for a pilot batch and no minimum annual volume. You see the price in writing before any assignment starts, and it is written into the agreement.

Which audits do you complete?

Voluntary, phone and virtual audits for workers’ compensation and general liability. We confirm states, classes and policy size limits during scoping. Physical audits that require a site visit are outside our current scope, and we say so before work begins.

How do you handle non-compliant policyholders?

Policyholders receive plain requests, one secure upload link and reminders on a set schedule. Every contact is logged. If records still do not arrive by the date you set, the file returns to you with the full contact history for your non-compliance process.

Who makes the final decisions?

You do. Audit findings follow your guidelines and your sign off rules. Classification questions outside your guidelines are flagged for your auditors, and every finding is cited to its source record so your team can check it quickly.

How do you handle our data?

Your data is used only to complete your audits. It is never sold, never pooled and never used to train AI models. Access is limited to the people assigned to your program, and every action is logged.

Can we start with a pilot batch?

Yes. Many programs start with one batch of audits in a single state and line, then compare turnaround, findings and policyholder response with current vendors before expanding. The same standards and weekly reporting apply from the first assignment.

Audits on time, findings you can check.

Share your annual audit volume by line, state and audit type. We scope a pilot batch and send per audit pricing in writing, with the 15 business day standard in the agreement.
